Received an email stating they are trying to find the problem etc but that was 4 days ago. I did email them requesting an update but no response 😕

Hi @PummyRaj Thank you for responding.i have tried everything and have emailed the support team 3 times already. I always get the automated response asking me to do the same things. Nothing is working. Everything is up to date on my phone, nothing more to do 😔
