I've had this same problem for weeks and despite raising it in previous threads (which now seem to have been deleted) I've had no response. I've taken to uninstalling and reinstalling the app whenever I want to play on my phone as that is the only time it will sync. As soon as I close it and reopen later it stops syncing…
