Do you have any mobile device to check what happens using the same account? I suppose that playing King games into facebook, as we used to play for a long time, becomes more difficult day by day...

I think that clearing your device's cache has nothing to do with the rest....

@Mariah47, to contact support, you go down on any Community page and then you select "Contact us"! Your player ID may be asked, so don't forget to keep it handy!
