Why won't my lives refill every 30 minutes on Candy crush soda?

For at least a week now my lives have been stuck on zero and not automatically refilling every 30 minutes so I am unable to play the game. I have contacted support and they are no help. I am playing on Facebook on my laptop. Is anyone else now having issues with their auto refill of lives every 30 minutes?

Sorry for the late reply. It's strange your lives aren't refilled 🤔

Let’s try general troubleshooting:

provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

If that doesn’t help, can you tell me on what device and model you are playing the game?

-> for Android: Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-695F)

-> for iPhone: Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)

Do you have any mobile device to check what happens using the same account?

I suppose that playing King games into facebook, as we used to play for a long time, becomes more difficult day by day...
