On my android I can open my game, but when I click to play my level the screen has a light blue color over it and I can't play.

I open up the envelope as I am out of lives and it won't let me accept the ones that are there. What is the problem.

Why did you change this. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of people who leave the game with these kind of restrictions. So what is the purpose where you have numbers on the left/200 on the right.
