Hi Nikita, I think you maybe could try to switch off the so called Ad ID. Also check for updates for your Lumia 1520 and all installed apps. Clear cache on your device and do a restart too. The app id is turned off. Phone is up to date. Restart is done, but nothing changed.:(

It has to be said that the Windows OS does not have a great track record for playing games, there's been quite a few posting of people having issues with their Lumia device, you'd be much better of with Android or iOS if playing games is what you want to do.
