This is because boosters and lives are not interchangeable within devices. So they will only stay on the device you see them on. The only thing that is, would be gold bars. Hope this helps you! If you are playing on two different devices, boosters and messages don't sync across them. It's generally only progress and gold bars that do. i was able to use them before on my phone. i play from my phone 97% of the time and only use my laptop when my phone is charging.
