For level 263 in Candy Crush Soda you need to make a combo that will bring back jam from the top of the board. They updated Android today so they might have tweaked the level goals. My Candy Crush Jelly Saga level index had all the levels up to date how they were before the update, I will have to go to check to see which ones are changed now. They don't expire. I have accidentally used 18 of mine in two separate goes. Both times I made the mistake of clicking on continue at the end of the level instead of closing out to start over. That sounds like a really bad run of tries. Can't say that sounds like the norm at all, or that some how the game pieces and move distribution seems to get worse as the levels increase. You should stun the Jelly Queen each time you make a special. That should reward you with one extra move. This only happens when you make the special directly with your match, not if one is formed in a cascade. You also don't stun her when you make special matches with dark purple candies that don't leave a special candy…

I am not sure what the technical reason is but this is how all the games are. Whatever device you earn free boosters on is the only place you can use them. Gold is consistent across accounts but the storage of lollipops and things like that is specific to the device.
