IOS to computer transfer

Why don't the boosters achieved in the IOS programs not transfer to my computer? I'm connecting through FB on both. This includes the weekend bubblegum game. If I've got 100+ lollipop hammers on IOS, why aren't they available when I'm playing (same through FB) on my laptop?

I am not sure what the technical reason is but this is how all the games are. Whatever device you earn free boosters on is the only place you can use them. Gold is consistent across accounts but the storage of lollipops and things like that is specific to the device.

what are achieved boosters. I only play on pc, and since I don't know what they are, I am thinking you don't get to use or earn them on pc. that sucks!

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
