Dear community, thank you for the tips. Unfortunately none of this helped me, since I have no way to find an ID in the PC version, nor can I find the Settings menu. Play the game on your smartphone, because the pictures look exactly the way Freddy_Falkner kindly provided them to me.

I have the same problem at level 1816. Every time I try to play the level I get the message "Something went wrong, please reload". I deleted the Flash Player Cache, cleaned all cookies and everything on Google Chrome + restarted my PC. I can play previous levels, but not 1816. What can I do?
