Well, you’ll need some luck and some special candy/cake bomb combos. The good news is that once the board opens, the few colors involved in the level inevitably cascade quickly and form boosters. I replayed the level after seeing this and beat it the first time with 6 moves remaining:

Well, there are some incredibly hard levels in the 2000’s, the 4000’s were also very difficult. The 5000’s so far have been pretty good to get through. Don’t give up! Keep crushing!

Move the cherry over to the left or to the right to get it away from the licorice spawner. Then get the nut to fall to the middle and destroy one of the three candies below it to make it fall.

The 5000’s are waaaay easier than the 4000’s (congrats on making it through those btw.) You’ll enjoy the remaining levels. :-)
