Hey Elsa, thanks for responding....As Tom Petty would say...The waiting is the hardest part : ) 

Now the issue is happening on a different PC (desktop) and playing Soda Crush....Not a good look for KING. 

Getting very frustrated. I beat a super hard level and before it gets through all the rewards and rankings, it shuts down...and then of course I lose a life and have to start the level over again as if I didn't beat it. Please, PLEASE fix this.

Desktop for me...Intel I5 with 12gb of Ram

happening to me as well. Randomly shuts down. Sometimes the level will be completed and before the next level starts, it shuts down. It resets me back to the previous level
