Where's the icon you're clicking on, on your desktop or in Facebook itself? Have you tried loading the game in a different browser yet to see if there's any difference? Thanks a lot for your help ... it worked !!!

Hi Reece! Is it only in Candy Crush that you get the error? If possible then please try the game from another Internet connection to see if it solves the problem. Please also try to play Candy Crush on King.com - https://king.com/#!/play/candycrush Cheers :-) Thank you so much ... I will try both to see which works best…
