Found a fix that worked for me. I deleted the 2 cookies associated with Candy Crush Saga and restarted my PC. Everything worked again and started up exactly where i left off.

I'm frozen at this point. Tried everything, but CC won't load.

CC on my desktop has suddenly shrunk. It hard to play because it's so small. I'm on level 5039. Does anyone know how to restore CC to its normal size? Here's a screen shot. TIA!

Hi Rex! Looks like the game was recently updated to a new format. Try clearing your browser cache and the game should work correctly again. Cheers That's the first thing i did. Cleared all browsers and deleted all cookies. No effect. I'm still at level 1.
