Thanks All right identifying the way to report this on the game. I have the issue on all 3 devices that I use. 2 are Apple and 1 is android. It's a global issue.

I have 23 moves. Here is a fresh screen.

How do I report this to King? Is there a submission page? I have The exact same issue.. you cannot drain the last of your dinosaurs since there is one too few moves. This must be an error. In the past, I see that these were cherries and that they had 30 moves to complete this level. Something has changed.

My apologies as your post was just yesterday. I'm just frustrated with this level.

Has anyone resolved this issue? Not enough moves to allow the dinosaurs to vacate.
