I also have only 12 moves in level 2005. Everything is totally up to date. It’s the same on my iPhone and iPad. To try to get past it I used a party booster which I thought had done the trick but nooo.....I got the 3 ingredients only to find that it then still showed that I needed one that didn’t exist.
