I am also stuck on level 532, very frustrating. No boosters either

Im Rrrrrrrrrrr, I'm stuck on level 531, none of my boosters come up before I commence the game, been stuck on this level for what seems like months, any one help please. I don’t know why I can’t use any boosters..it’s just blank, I would appreciate anyones help…
