After going back and forth with King Games. I went to Microsoft, I was lucking and got a person on the phone who is helping me and I'm in hopes of getting my three charges refunded. I have stop spending money on the games also. But really try Microsoft

Yes, very frustrating. Sent all the information to one person. Then someone else ask for the same information again. Try getting in touch with Microsoft they may help.
