I feel the same way. I'm at level 11,583 and I use the lives given to me by friends to keep going. Now I cannot play when I want, I lose any bonus time on candies. It's very unfair that you decided to go this route. I have spent way too much on this game to lose everything I've worked hard for.

I'm playing on a laptop device. I followed the instructions to log out, restart and log back in. I still get the same results..

Not receiving lives either. I find this very upsetting. I've invested a lot of money into this game, which I find relaxing and fun. I don't anymore. Is it that you want more money? It seems there are thousands of people also giving you money and the fact that you want us to give more is disgusting.
