Have you already gone through browser troubleshooting Sarah? Clearing your cache & cookies regularly usually removes the threat of crashing and Freezing. Also loading up and testing the level quickly in another browser is a quick way to rule of browser issues. I've tried that, a few times, and still not working. Thanks
