There’s nothing you can do and King.com is no help. This has gone on for so long that it’s clear it won’t be fixed. It’s probably a purposeful scam to get you to spend money. Shame on King.com

This has been an ongoing issue. Don't count on it getting fixed anytime soon. It's very apparent they have no intention of fixing the problem.

I'm also using Windows 10 and still having the same issues with not receiving lives and inability to send extra moves. Many others also having issues using Windows 10.

Yes, I did all the necessary checking. I just happen to hate Windows 10 so I really didn't want to upgrade. I did some searching to see if I could get it free. Well, I spent the afternoon downloading Windows 10 which, BTW, was free. Unfortunately, the problem still exists. So, it must not be a Windows 7 issue after all.
