  • NOT Helpful!:--> "Go into the games settings n turn it off." Sound turned off on phone, game settings, and on launcher. Been playing for years, now having problems w rwo CCrush apps. It's CCrush app problems, not me. NOT pleased. Hopefully situation changes soon, or will be taking a break from these games.

  • I too cannot get out of full screen mode. I've reviewed all my phone settings: it is Candy Crush, not any settings I have control over. Continues to increase my growing frustration and displeasure in the recent changes to the game..
