If you want to delay during time option how would you accept offer later? Meaning how do you find the offer again?

I'm with AMWIL59; no way to complete this. All activity gets out of control on the top half! Explosions mess up my strategy for opening up the bottom. By the time I finally get something going in the bottom half it's much too late. I'm done w/ buying more time when something is this stacked against me.
