I have no problem with game loading... it started when I made a purchase, first with an error message saying they were working on it... I can NOT use my gold bars nor any follow up purchases... never done this before.. Purchasing IS an issue that has already been shown in support comments

I'm about ready to stop playing this game... I purchased a package back on the 15th and as soon as it went thru, I have not been able to use my gold bars.... don't understand why it is taking so long to fix...If and when it gets resolved I hope they give us credits in forms of gold bars and boosters... not our fault...…
