when receiving extra help after a loosing round ~ i will accept and get prompted to watch the vidoes … videos will not load and i loose the extra help boosters and unable to clear the board … this is frusting when all you need is to clear 5 tiles to move on to the next level … any idea as to why this is happening … its far…

when i failed in clearing the board and granted extra moves and boosters ~ i accept but not receiving… i loose out on my chance of now clearing the board and moving on to the next level … this also has me loosing and/or bouncing out on my winning streak … can someone tell me why this is happening ???

why am i not receiving all of my extra help options when not clearing a board … very frustrating especially when i only have 3 to 4 tiles to clear … i always accept the choice to watch the videos ~ whether its for only extra moves or extra moves with a booster … buuut as of lately ~ i get cut off from receiving all extra…
