  • I just logged in to play today (after losing my gold bars yesterday) and am being asked for my date of birth again. I am afraid that if I input my date of birth, I will lose everything. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. The last time I put I my DOB, I lost my profile picture, my friends, and my gold.
  • My problem is still not fixed since May 19. I lost my friend's, profile picture, and 5000 gold bars. I have continued to play a bit and earned 30 gold bars, but today those 30 disappeared. I don't understand what is going on.
  • This did not work for me. I still have no gold bars, my profile picture has changed, and I don't have any "friends". That said, I never connected my Candy Crush account to a Facebook account (because I don't have Facebook).
  • I lost my friends, profile picture, and gold bars. I am at the correct level and I still have all of my "boosters".
  • This happened to me. I lost all of my friends, the lives they gave me (over 90), and nearly 5000 gold bars accrued over years of playing. I emailed customer service and I received a standard response that basically said they won't do anything about it and that all of my stuff is lost. 😡😤🤬
