I’ve just used gold bars to pay for a converter. I claimed it but it failed to appear in my games. Waste of gold bars. Thanks Candy Crush!!

I see now that there’s another trick or treat event starting in Halloween Petopia in 2 days. So it’s a case of build as many candy pots as you can before then, then the visitors will arrive, eat the Candy from the pots, and lots of rewards 😀

Week 1 all worked fine. Week 2 problems started.

Yes but week 2 started yesterday and that’s when the problem started. Week 1 was all good.

Thank you. Yes I’m building the candy pots when they are ready. Pets are eating the candy but the candy isn’t reducing, the pots don’t disappear, and I’m not getting any rewards. I now have a lot of Candy pots on my screen! Thank you for any help you can offer, I’m really disappointed with not being able to play the game…

I’ve tried restarting my device (iOS), and checked my software is up to date. Internet connection is fine. It hasn’t fixed the issue. I now have many pots of each type of candy!
