I have accidentally paid for upgrade in gold pass 2x but did not get!! Please help

So far mine is fixed. I have to replay L19686 and pass it. Close all devices yesterday n when the new levels appeared today, all seems fine. Got free gold bars from them too😍. Thanks everyone esp QueenB

Yeah, it’s very frustrating. Usually they will respond individually by email. That also no news. Very irresponsible and rude

You are right, mine also not syncing, iPad L19745 but my iPhone avatar stuck at L19686. Have spent so much money on this it’s ridiculous not having it fixed yet
