Facing the same: My team continues to play without me (They see me with 0 points since weeks and I do not get any of their benefits). Tried to disconnect and reconnect from FB. Tried to remove and reinstall CC. Nothing changes. Seems I have been fired from my own team and there's no way for me to reconnect with it ;o((
