Well, in my case I don't have any life in my inbox and I can't receive any of them, even though I know my family sends to me, so that is the problem I was talking about, but I'm with you in that of stop playing this game.

I don't think this game really cares about players, they won't solve our problems, they just posting some generic stuff. I will have to quit this game because of their lack of communication with players and their incapacity of solving a big problem.
