Got a message from them on Facebook since I reported it to them in all kinds of way yesterday. And their message today said they are working on fixing it so some people might have it working by now.

I am actually using both android and apple software and both having same issue w different devices.

Having same issue I have wasted moves, specials, and spent a lot of money even to try and finish level. Spent hours and nothing is dropping. Tried emailing support all they did was refer me to YouTube. But it’s not helpful. Clearly a technical issue the company isn’t aware of to fix.

Has anyone figured out this fix yet? I can’t advance passed this level and extremely frustrating. have even purchased several items to try and help on this level and it simply won’t drop ingredients at all. Tried emailing company and got an automated reply that wasn’t helpful.
