First I post that I progressed several levels yesterday, which it shows on the map, but doesn't let me start where I left off, it went backwards, obviously didn't save my progress. I progressed 4 levels yesterday playi g on my laptop, and when I went back to play again later they weren't saved on any device. Yet the map shows I passed 4 levels, but it doesn't start me there. I would appreciate some help. I've tried logging out and in again, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. Very frustrating!!

And, if I shouldn't be playing via Facebook, what should I be doing. I prefer to play off my laptop with the bigger screen, however, I also play off the app on my phone and Ipad.

The issues I spoke of just started happening in the last week, why? I've always played on Facebook and never had these issues before a week ago. What you said doesn't explain why it just started happening.
