So after the last completed chocolate box disappeared without prizes, a new one came up which worked until the box went silver. Now I have a silver completed box and again the ! Is back with the server error. Seriously needs sorting, or take the box game off the app.

So all of a sudden my present which has had a ! On it, Has disappeared and it wants me to start again building a chocolate box. Well where is the prizes for completing it weeks ago, that I and many others have been waiting weeks and weeks for now!!!

I updated the app today bit it is still showing the server error. It has been completed. When will this be resolved and prizes allocated?

Thank you, I have completed the chocolate box but only brought up the server error when I tried to collect my prize. Once the technical faults are resolved will I still be credited with the prize I'm due?

I Closed the app and reopened and then it appeared. Hopefully you'll find out soon 🤞
