Hi @kiara_wael . I've passed the level, thanks for helping me how to pass it! but this issue is one of the issues that was always there for me in this game... Also my internet is connected as well as I can handle other things in this game which are online... But not this one :(

I'm also not able to use some other features in this app by the way... :/ Like receiving/sending life... And so on...

@rkchadalavada when you play on Facebook, can you chat with your friends on Candy Crush? As there's no option on mobile game
