Its not a joke its reality. If jou have lost your password you are lost. There is no way to recover it. You can write to the support. You will get automated messages with information that make no sense to your problem. You can answer the mails but you will not get an answer. You are lost like your password.

Why should I stay

I feel better when the big problem to recover a password will be solved. I never had such an issue with a password like here. I am now on level over 3400. Shortly I will delete this game.

Now I got the second feedback mail. Again one star rated. It's really a very poor support.

Yes there are numbers in the subject line. I replied back but no answer until now. But I got a feedback mail O.o I rated with one star even one star is a too good tating for no support in a simple password recovery thing!

Got no email response on my mail. The first one was sent on Tuesday and the last yesterday. I think there is no support.

I have done it. Then I receive an automated mail how to connect to facebook and how to get lives from friends but nothing about my question the recovery of the password. Hi Elsa Thank you for your help. I am olaying the game on my iPad. There I tried the password recovery several times. But I dont received any mail. Also I looked into the spam folder. But there was nothing.
