I have done everything from clearing data/cache, reinstalling and I bought a brand new fire tablet and the APP STILL will not connect to the app store. I have lost money with this issue due to the re-installation of the app which list hundreds of lives and boosters. What is the issue?

Please give us an update. We all have now lost our chance at the competition. This was fine on the sixth of October and after the update did not work. Beyond frustrating.
