Unfortunately when you get a new phone only your last level will be kept. You lose all boosters and have to get them again. They will not give you back the amount you had

Unfortunately you can not get your boosters back when you reset your phone. Your progress is always saved so you won't lose where you left off but your boosters are always gone when you rest your phone
