Mine finally reset after I requested a refund, so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it, but I’m back to the gold pass being purchased and at the level I was on, so thank you for getting that fixed.

Has not yet updated for me 😞 it’s still on the “new” season pass, I don’t have my gold tier or prior rewards. Maybe by morning it will be back. I sure hope so.

Same exact thing happened to me yesterday. It just reset, and asked for $27.99. I paid $19.99 for it, and I think I made it to tier 29? I contacted support and they say they’re working on it. But if I don’t get my progress back or a refund, I’m not playing the game anymore, I can’t trust spending my money if they’re going…
