I cleared bubbles again and the lines (fence) near the frog 🐸 does not break, there is a glitch, can you pls help

The fence does not move or disappear or I can’t move it

Once again I clear all bubbles and there is NO sign of cherries 🍒 the frog doesn’t move, I tried several times moving the frog 🐸 and there isn’t an option to move it, even when I use my extra option to swipe the move, I spent more money in hopes something different happens and nothing. Again, it’s been over a year and many…

I still haven’t received a resolution to this issue. Can someone please help fix this level and move it to the next level??? This has been a problem for a very long time.

No, no cherries as I mentioned there is a glitch, I’ve completed all the boxes and there has never been a cherry 🍒 to drop down, it’s been over a year and I can’t move forward. There are no cherries that ever show up or drop down, can we please just move to next level?

I’m using an iPhone and through Facebook and/or Kingdom and I still can’t get moved up to next level. It’s been almost a year.
