seems like this is a problem with others also and your simple answer is not working. Maybe you should have someone actually look into this. I will not be spending any more money on this game until the issue is fixed

nothing has changed after doing all the above. I am getting the request to send lives but not getting any lives. I normally get at least 50 throughout the day and am lucky if I get 5 now

I have been a very loyal player and in the past spent lots of money on this game. 18 hours to get new lives is ridiculous, I will not be playing and will delete game if not changed. Way to treat your players

I agree, I am on level 11,923 and will delete the game completely if it isn’t changed. I have spend numerous amounts of money on this game and to be told how often I play without buying lives is crazy.
