I come with a little update, customer service answered and gave me 1 hour of unlimited lives, 3 color bombs 2 lolipops and 10 gold bars. That doesn't make up for what i loss but it's better than nothing I guess ^^

@RobaG What does that even mean? @christinewupp Thank you! I will report the issue. This is the first time something like that happened after 600+ levels I have currently done, so it's a very rare issue that might be easily resolved hopefully.
