I completed all quests and then closed the game. When reopen to claim the reward, the claim reward button was not active and unable to claim the reward and move for next quest. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the games but did not solve this problem

The problem is continuous and the button become active when I claim the reward from other device but I lose the powerup in the other device
