Finally I did it! I don't know how but I have managed to beat it! Must be a lot of weapons used..

I am having same issue as well. it is only happen on PC. 

I have same question too... Can you reply us? I am getting fed up with Candy Crush game now.... 

Without Booster cannot pass thru. I have been using many booster but the luck did not come thru. Any Clue can pass ? 

I have enough of patience to play on this game. It is a impossible to finish this level except using and buying boosters. King, please help to fix this level you should hear a lot of complaints and u r losing your players.... 

I have the same problem as well. it is hard to move especially I have no more weapons to use.

How to beat this level? it is not possible to beat any video to show , I am starting losing my interest in Candy Crash.

Agree. 16 moves is not possible and furthermore Jellies do not move to another area after the wheel cleared. Please help .
