Nice to see no one running this place is replying and solving the problems. I am fed up with the emails of "how are we doing?" and "type above the line" that no one can do. How about fixing the problem instead of endless emails asking how are we doing.

After 3 months and endless emails of type above the line, but you can not and then you send it back with the normal reply and just keep getting the same useless email sending you here and getting ZERO replies to the problem myself and others are having. Why bother when they say HELP is on the forum board and yet non is…

Beyond that now and the fact that non mods/admins are replying tells me they don't care to help. Just send us over here hoping we go away. They keep sending the same email with the type above the line to reply and you can not so they ignore when you send it back with an answer that is not above the line.

Yet they seem to be blaming the players and sending the same message over and over again. They are a broken record and no one from the company is paying attention here or we would have seen progress.

I can't get the lives to move on to the next level. THREE months and counting and when I tell the company their solution weeks later is to turn the game into a coding mess and you get even more frustrated. They fix the coding, but all I get now when trying to solve why the help requests are not going out and not receiving…
