I think on 1/22/23 but it's impossible to find records of that on this site

This is still happening 12 days later. Extremely annoying, beyond not being able to claim the rewards or begin a new box, I literally have to try to claim the box twice between each level which uses a lot of time and is very annoying! I have not been contacted by support.
