I run a Win10 platform that is totally up to date - the issue is with the totally inadequate abilities of the King.com support and technical staff. I also bet that the majority of people still having issues are on the same platform I am.

Will wonders never cease! They have the problem half fixed - i can now send lives but still can't advance to the next level or receive tickets from candy friends. They need to get a smarter group of chimps or upgrade to orangutans in their programming department.

With the lack of movement on this issue King.com needs to change their name to Loser.com. Wrong - the problem is not fixed. still not getting tickets to the next level and probably not sending lives either. Just got on the game and still no auto fill on the tickets and the last request I sent out went unfilled.

You are wrong about Win10 platform not having the ticket problem. I am exclusively using that on PC (not the app) for CCS and have been waiting for tickets for 3 weeks now as well as not able to send/receive lives. King needs to get their thumb out and fix this.

I find it BS that you HAVE to sync w/Facebook to get full benefit from this game - I am one of those that refuse to use that moronic program that steals your private data to sell to the highest bidder.
