So I can no longer play. I do not use facebook and I am not playing on a phone. 

I was playing on King.com on my PC I am not looking for NEW features Golden tix (3) OR the Fairy (after 72 hours) was the only way to unlock a new episode. I no longer receive lives, life requests or golden tix from friends. The Fairy does not unlock after 72 hours. I am not interested in Facebook. 

This answer is a non-answer..... I play on King.com I do not want to play on my phone. I am not installing the app. I am not losing months of play and starting over on level 1. I am not playing on Facebook. I want to play where I've played all along. It's inconceivable that a game simply fails and stops. And NO ONE can fix…

i completed level 530 2 months ago. I play on king.com the fairy has not unlocked me and i no longer receive golden tix from friends please help
