Yes I do have one, iPad Pro, iOS 16.7.8, downloaded the game, conected it with my FB profile and I was playing ok until just now, the horrible grey screen problem again. It didn’t happen before this new release, as a developer myself all points to this last version. Good luck to the IT team debugging it and hopefully…

Thank you @QueenB. My Game Id is 1431325990 and the game app version is the last one 1.285.0.1, as I tried to fix the issue uninstalling and installing the app again (losing all the events I had).
