When this happens to me, I have to check the settings on my device and make sure I am online. Sometimes your internet might drop. You may have to restart your game, but the rewards usually come up the next time you play.

There is a thread with this question, also. No one seemed to know why, but it's irritating!

Agreed, @dhmh! Although sometimes the sides will be gone. They must be trying out some new views!

About the same for me, @popanda55. I think I’ve played for 5 years but I know I’ve only received one jackpot. 

@Marzia333, did you win nothing in that screenshot you posted? I’ve never had that happen and play on chrome. How frustrating!

@Deryck, that avatar is my Facebook profile photo. The single person at 6140 is a Facebook friend. I’m done with all the levels and am waiting for more to be available next week. How do I make my avatar an avatar instead of my Facebook photo, or is that possible?

I don’t have the booster bot either and I play on three different devices. I’ve never heard of it!

Yes! So glad this is back. It was so disappointing to win those timed boosters that you couldn’t usually use. 

I didn’t even know you could do this. I never tried, since I assumed you would lose a life if you opened a level. It does seem more fair to have it this way. And I’m not just saying that because I didn’t know you could do it!
