Since the display on multiple games has been changed from landscape, I receive the message to turn my screen, but when I do nothing happens.  I’ve deleted apps and freed up space but still no luck.  Can someone help? Thanks

• Screen goes black. Tried deleting and reloading app and no luck. Lost a ton of rewards.

• Strawberry short cake locks and can’t be closed. So I have to close the app which loses my progress and cost a life.
